With over 20 years of experience in the new home and remodeling construction industry, I am able to understand the value in the details as well as the overall scope of a home.  I also have an extensive design background from staging homes in small and large scale whether residential or commercial properties. The knowledge gained has given me skilled insight to the parts that bring real estate together; as well as having negotiated contracts, which gives me the drive to bring every dollar to the table whether buyer, seller, or both. I hope to build lasting relationships not just transactions. I will be focused on being an advisor with thoughtful and sensible communication with intent to earn trust and loyalty.
